Here is the new Gray8 4 pack of colors.
The colors were made to go with color choices for accent colors in the Windows 8 settings.


Also included are some custom 64 bit system files
time\date.cpl,wmploc.dll,shell32.dll
The shell32.dll in the download is version 6.2.9200.16451
Plus color matching System Properties Logos

Special thanks to @Vigoni for creating the awesome wallpapers for these themes.

Instructions,credits and previews are included but if you have any questions just ask.
If you are going to use any of my custom system files
MAKE SURE TO MAKE A PROPER SYSTEM BACKUP
first in case anything goes wrong.

I only know how to change it to black or you can get other colors in high contrast mode like I did in this theme [link]

Try loading the theme again,sometimes w8 has trouble loading dark themes,that should fix the taskmanager and explorer.The white imge in the Control Panel is part of the shell32.dll so to get that to change you would have to change it with my custom one,this is a very hard file to change so you must take extreme caution when changing it
