I wanted to have a light theme that could be run with Black Glass Enhanced to add some transparency in the Explorer window.
Here is the results!

There is 2 versions included one with a dark navigation pane and one a light one.
If you choose not to run Black Glass Enhanced the Explorer window will be a light gray.

As with all my theme,Theme Resource Changer is used for the
Start Orb,Nav Buttons etc

Instructions,previews,etc are included for those the need them.
